"Enable Coupon On" option not showing

I'm sure I have seen it before , but now when I add or edit coupons, the option "Enable Coupon On"  to control what type of registration the coupon can be used for isn't available?

I guess it is because you are using shopping cart, so that setting is not used anymore. Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Activate Shopping Cart config option to No and the issue should be sorted

Oh, that won't work for me as for this event people can buy, for example, main ticket and car park ticket, so we do need the shopping cart.

What I'm trying to acheieve is that a booking can be for 2 tickets, but the discount is only applied to one of the registrants. Is this possible?
