Registration Form Messages

How do I get these to show up on my registration page? Nothing I enter ever shows up.
I am using the cart feature.

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, enter the message you want for registration_form_message message item and it will be displayed

No, I mean the ones that are in each event Edit Event -> Messages -> Registration Form Message (Individual) & Registration Form Message (Group)

If you use shopping cart, users can add multiple events to cart to process checkout, so the messages inside the event is not used here (Imagine that you added two events to cart, then message from what event will be shown?)

In short, only global message will be used there, not messages inside event for shopping cart.
