Reminder, survey and certificate

Is it possible to use a form/ survey within the reminder emails after the event in such a way that the certificate will be send as a thank you after completing the survey. 
I am looking for a good forms component which integrates well with Eventbooking. Like custom fields for registration, but then for feedback and follow-up. Could be a feature

That feature is not available, sorry. Maybe you can use any form extension to create form, then add link to that form in reminder email messages to take the survey
