Group Ticket Accordeon error on UIKIT3/YOOtheme

The group ticket is not loading on YOOtheme Pro Builder. Based on UITKIT.
It does work in Cassiopeia theme

If someone else has same issue, please check to see if you are using System - Revo Theme Optimizer plugin on your site. It defer loading Joomla core core.js script and it causes the error.

Just edit the plugin, set Defer loading core.min.js parameter to No and the error will be gone

JCH optimize can have the same issue.

To be more clear, there are many third party extension code depends on core.js script from Joomla core. So if there is a plugin defer loading that script, the script might not be available when third party script needs it and it causes the error
