I am looking for a bank transfer plug in:

I use offline payment for offline payment. The function I am looking for, which is used by many shops in the meantime ist asking for the bank, while the bank name is shown as a drop down list (e.g. Raiffeisen, Erste bank, Volksbank...) than you are transferred to your bank and you can log in with your credentials (Verfügernummer) and you start your payment process directly with your bank account...
This process is more accepted than paypal or credit card with my "customers" 
In the meantime I know the name: EPS - see enclosed screen shot

Usually, that would require using a payment gateway which support that kind of banks payment. We do not have that kind of payment plugin available, unfortunately

You will need to choose a payment gateway which support that, and then develop a payment plugin to work with that payment gateway
