When I process a cancellation for one of our events, the first person on the waitlist is being automatically registered and marked as paid (even though they have not paid). I don't want this - instead I want everyone on the waitlist to get an email that there's an open spot. How do I prevent the automatic registration? I've looked through the settings and can't find anything that would do this; is it maybe a plugin? Thank you!
