Checkout step 1 on "Guest only" mode

Checkout step 1 on "Guest only" mode was created by GreVo
Normally a Checkout has 6 Steps

When the Checkout is set to "Guest only" then the Checkout Step 1 is not needed.
It would be nice when then only where 5 Checkout steps.

Hello GreVo,

In the latest version, if Checkout is set to "Guest only", then step 1 will be ignored and it is going to step 2 directly.
