Is there a way in eShop to have a link to download the purchased downloadable file added to the customer order email?
It really is not a great process for the customer to have to log in to be able to access the document and I would prefer to just have guest checkout not registrations. Having registrations for eshop orders interferes with having member registrations on the site - customers do not realise they already have an account etc and it is frustrating to them.
Most other Joomla ecommerce systems such as VirtueMart have the link to download the file on the email.
This feature looks like it is regularly requested. Is this something you are considering adding in the near future or is it something you could be comissioned to develop? if so, how much would it cost?
