CC Shipping Notification e-mail to specific addres

I have used EShop to build an eCommerce website for one of my clients. My client would like to receive a copy of the Shipping Notification e-mail that EShop sends to their customers.

Ideally, my client could specify a list of e-mail addresses, to which the Shipping Notification e-mail would also be sent.

This list could possibly be specified on the System -> Configuration -> Mail tab, as a new "alert" e-mail.

The shipping notification email is only sent to the customer now. If you want to add more email address to receive it, then I must customize the EShop to implement that for you.
