Customers should be assemble a box of choclate

Hi,
I had created a choclate webshop for my customer. She sells boxes with own made choclates. Her Customer should be able to assemble this box with different choclates from the store.

For example: Small box with 3 chocklates
The customer can choose now three, from an range of 15 different choclates. He should select one type and then the quantity he wants. He should do this so long as he has not filled the box completely.

How can i build it up in my shop?

The feature that you want to have sound like can be implemented by Product Options feature in EShop.

This is not the right option. This case for example, i want to build:

A customer will buy a 100g chocolate bag
he would choose 20g of white chocolate
40g of dark chocolate
and 40g of full milk chocolate

when he reached the 100g then is the bag full.
So we want to have an feeld which shows the rest, before the bag is full (e.g. "Rest 20g")
