Coupon 3x2

Is possibile to have in future version of Eshop an option for a discount based on number of products that a customer buy? For example the customer buy 3 product from a list but he pay 2 (with a complete discount for the product with the lower cost) or 3 pieces of the same product in a list of products and pay only 2 pieces of this products. It's a very common thing in many country and I think is not possibile to have a coupon about this at the moment. Thanks
