Hi,
I like the shop so far. But there are some things missing.
1. Offline Order
If a customer ordering by phone call - it would be great to open your shop in backend an put all needed datas in a form and thats it. So I would have all invoices in the shop system.
2. Change order
I wished I could change the prices AFTER an order is placed. For example the customer forgot an Item to order and I want to put it in for him. Also sometimes I want to give a discount after the order is placed. All that isn't possible.
3. Paid information
For the tax authorities it is very important to know when the order was paid and with which channel (bank account, paypal, credit). But I only see the ordering date and how the customer paid. But the exactly date isnt shown. But like you in the support ticket said you want to fix that. Thanks for that.
4. Order canceled
If a customer canceled there have to be an information on invoice. So if I change the status in backend I want to see that on invoice. And if the order is chanceled the amount has to be reduced in the monthly report (dashboard).
Hope you can understand my words
But in the end I want to say that you do a great job.
