Why not use the Mediamanager to select thumbnails for the Subscription plan thumbnail? At this moment all my images are stored on a logical location but I do need to upload new images seperatly for each plan I create.
Reusing the same images on my site would be great and uploading through the Media Manager is possible and easy going
