Hi,

Is there a way I can customize the submit ticket form? I want to remove the "Subject" and "Message" fields. I also want to change the text on the "Submit Ticket" button.

Hi Jennifer

I want to remove the "Subject" and "Message" fields.


=> Unfortunately, it is not possible. Subject and Message fields are the two required fields to allow customers to provide information about the ticket and it could not be removed

I also want to change the text on the "Submit Ticket" button.


=> Go to Helpdesk Pro -> Translation, you should see the text and can change it to meet your need

You just have to go translations to remove the text from the room and add ""<p />"". You will not see it on the front end any more
