how to make a menu for ticket history was created by Usman Sharif
HI how can i make a ticket history menu so every user can see there own tickets. I am using the latest version of help desk pro. also the reply from email is not being added to the ticket

Hi got the ticket history working. I need to know how does the email reply being added to the helpdesk system. It is not being added at this time
