Disable All Emails was created by Chris Skinner
I need to disable the sending of all emails when tickets are submitted.
I can't see an option to disable this function.
How do I go about it?

Hi Chris

We don't have an option to disable email in the extension, so we would have to edit the code

At the moment, I am trying to finish new version of Helpdesk Pro, so you can wait us until Monday next week, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site

We are going to update your site to latest version of Helpdesk Pro, then modify code to disable email for you

Just want to update that we updated your site to version 2.0.0 of Helpdesk Pro, customized the code to have it works as expected
