Hi There,

I would like to know if there’s any way to setup the Helpdesk Pro, where I can enable multiple suppliers that my site will be using to deliver its services, to look after ONLY their own products (depts) support within my support system using Helpdesk Pro?

Also, the multiple suppliers would need to be notified of new, updated, closed tickets etc by the client, by email but again ONLY regarding their departments / products support tickets.

Hi

Yes. It is supported. Basically, you can create categories for these supplier and then assign them as manager of these categories

Then they can only manage/reply to tickets from the categories which they managed, It should solve the issue/problem you are having

Sorry for slow response. Working on other improvements (adding knowledge base support) and will release the next version next week
