I checked it on my local computer and it worked well for version 3.0.0 of Helpdesk Pro

If it is possible, please update your site to latest version 3.1.0 and check it again. If it still doesn't work, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account and FTP account of your site

We will check it directly on your site to see why it doesn't work and get it sorted

Hello,

My Joomla is the version 3.7.4 and Helpdesk is the 3.1.0. I installed de auto close and i see the message HTTP 500. How solve the problem?
