Hi, where can I find the files for plug_cb_ticketshistory.zip community builder?
In the .zip package of version 3.0.0 of HelpDeskPro is not present

Please get the plugin here. Please note that the plugin will only work with latest version of Helpdesk Pro (version 3.0.0)

Hi Tuan , thanks for the reply. It seems that the plugin has some problems.
I tried to make it work with CB version and does not allow you to view user profile menu item (Community Builder » userprofile)
Please take a test, thanks
Joomla version 3.6.5

We just tested it here and it works. I guess you would have to setup your site to a live server and giving us access so that we can check it directly on your site to see why it doesn't work and get it sorted

I am sorry. Tested it on the site @Achille sent me and found out the reason of the error. I fixed it, so please get this updated version, upgrade it to your site

After that, it will work as expected
