as far as I see I cannot find any "HelpDesk Pro add-on" listed into Joomal > AcyMailing 7.x > Add-ons area.
On new
AcyMailing
7.x all the 3rd party Extension plugins can provide / perform 3 integrations types steps:
- 1 - Email Content: enabling the extension content selection into the Email content
- 2 - Triggers: enabling to trigger the Extension events (depending also on Users behaviour) during the Email Automations (mass actions) creations
- 3 - Email Override: to replace the entire Email templates process with AcyMailing
Right now one of the best developed plugin examples is the one for HikaShop.
Please, Do you have any plan for an AcyMailing 7.x plugin ?
