Is it possible to add a "Extra Information" drop down menu when you view a ticket where you can edit the "Extra Information" List like we can with "Status," "Categories," and "Priority?"
Right now when I want to edit the "Extra Information" I have to select "Edit Ticket" to access the "Extra Information" drop down menu.
