CB issue

I installed Joom Donation on a Joomla 1.7 framework. There are two issues I am having. The first is that after I log in to the front end and select the Donate menu item, it does not populate the fields with my information. I am using the latest Community Builder and have all the plugins activated.

The second is after I complete form and it "Process Donation", all I get is a white screen. I even have the "Fix donate button not working " set to Yes.

Any help would be appreciated.

First of all, I am sorry for lately response. It was my wedding and I only come back to office this morning .

Regarding your issue, I am sure that it is just something wrong with your setting. Please submit a support ticket giving me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check and fix it for you !
