Purchased. Never received DL link

Hi -
My client purchased joomdonation, but no DL link was sent and the transaction was not recorded in "order history". We need file - or a refund i have emailed JoomDonation numerous times via the multiple emails listed in the contact section. no word. please advise what to do.

We did sent the extension to you two times :

1. The first time is when you completed the payment (this email was sent automatically by our order system) . That email was sent to robert.harris@sierraclub.org .

2. The second time is on 10am, 19th, January. This time, I sent the extension to your email myself and It was sent to hawaii.chapter@sierraclub.org .

It seems the email could not reach your emails for some reasons. I just assigned order to your account. So please login to your account, access to Customers Area -> Orders History menu item to see the order and download it !
