Adding text to Donation INformation Section

My client wants to add the text " & credit card" after the Paypal radio button below Donor Information. Can you please help me figure this out? See the red text on this image for reference. (I used red to highlight, I want the added text to keep the same style).

Hi Bob

This is really sample . In the back-end of the extension, there is a function called Translation . You just need to find the language string os_paypal and change it to Paypal & Creditcards .
