No drop down menu for campaign feature

I am currently running 1.5.2 Joomla!, and recently downloaded Joom Donation. I can't seem to get the drop down menu that offers campaign choices to appear. I am using Paypal for my payment gateway. mod_jd_campaigns is enabled. The campaigns have been activated (I said "yes" to both campaigns that I created) in the Joom Donation Configuration. The two separate campaigns are have been "published". What should my next steps be to troubleshoot this issue?

I looked at your screenshot and found that when you create a menu item to link to donation form, you choose a campaign in the menu parametter already. That's the reason the campaign is unselectable , it is default the the campaign which you created .

To allows users to choose the campaign from campaigns dropdown, please don't select campaign in the menu parameter. Please look at my attached screenshot for more detail .
