Add "View All" to Latest Donations module

It would be great if you could add an option to display a "View All donations" link at the bottom of the module that links to the full list of donations made.

For flexibility it would also be good to enable the user to edit what they want this link to be labeled.

As the user can edit how many of the latest donations are displayed in the module, it only makes sense that there is also a link that takes you off to the full page listing.
