Hi,

On our site we received a payment through JoomDonation earlier this week. We have a receipt of it from PayPal. However there is no record of the transaction on JoomDonation. The last recorded transaction is from a month ago.

How can we diagnose the problem and fix it?

Please submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account. I will check the problem for you
