For some reason, the javascript file in the component is not loaded in the page and It causes the error. I had some clients had the same problem in the past. When I went to their site and check the template, the template doesn't load javascript file as mentioned and I had to modify the template code to get it loaded.


In this case, please submit a support ticket contains administrator account and FTP account of your site. I will check and modify the code for you to make it works !
