Gray box in campaign

New to Joomla and to Joomla donation. I emulated an existing campaign, just changing copy and find it on the correct page, however there is a grey box below the title AND the description that I typed into the campaign proper doesn't show. I've attached a pic of the grey box. BTW, the former webmaster and Joomla guru, trainer of sorts said it was a CSS thing. and I don't do code.

It's not a css issue. Might be some inline formatting in your campaign text. See what happens if you just put one word in your description field.
