JD Thank you Page

I've emailed you directly at contact@joomdonation.com but haven't gotten a response. Please advise to the following:

Having some issues with the thank you email and thank you page (see below). It’s outputting custom fields which were assigned to a different campaign. Note in the output below everything below the Payment Method is NOT assigned to this campaign “General Donation”.
How do I get it to output only fields relevant to the campaign? I know I can manually call the built-in fields using [FIRST_NAME] etc but can I manually build the output in the admin back-end using [jd_custom_field_name] instead of calling everything with [DONATION_DETAIL]?
Also, when I call [DONATION_DETAIL] in the “Thank you message” the output inserts about 20 extra <br> tags prior to showing the detail.

Regarding this post, I fixed the second part which I noted as:
"[DONATION_DETAIL] in the “Thank you message” the output inserts about 20 extra <br> tags prior to showing the detail."

For others who may have the same problem locate the following code and comment it out or delete it:
$message = nl2br($message);

I still need assistance with the first part of this original post.

All of the above issues here been solved in the latest version of the extension . If anyone gets those issues, please download the latest version of the extension and update to your site .
