A canadian user is unable to use his credit card because the os-stripe plugin for JD won't accept a Zip code like this: K9A 4J8, even if the space is removed.
Our payment plugin has the option "Use Stripe Card Element set to yes.

You can submit ticket on category: Joom Donation and provide your site url with super admin account. I will help you to hide Zip Code field in Stripe Card Element to solve the problem

For others that see this problem the solution was to remove the entry of the Zip field from the stripe element display. The original zip, in this case a Canadian postal code, is saved in the donation record that remains in JoomDonation and is part of the invoice.
