I am having trouble receiving both buyer and admin emails after a donation is made. I am receiving Paypal confirmations as the buyer, and the details are going into my database correctly - just no custom thank you emails, or new donation notifications. I have entered my notification emails correctly with the comma to separate, and have added correct email bodies, etc. - has anyone else had this problem?

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi

Do you see the donation records from back-end ? If yes, there must be something wrong with your mail settings/mail server ? Could you please try to switch to use other Joomla email options : PHP Mail Function, Sendmail, SMTP Server. To change mail setting, you can go to Site -> Global configuration, looks at Server tab and change it .

Please look at the attached image for more detail .

Hi Tuan, Thanks so much for a quick reply! Yes, I agree that that may be the issue. Right now we have the configs set to PHP, so I will try the other settings and let you know. Thanks for the screen shot as well - you are making it easy for us noobies =)
