Donate - Next Button Not Working,no Custom Fields

I saw the problem where someone's Next button wasn't working... but ours is different.

The problem only occurs when you use Authorize.net.

The last time we received an Authorize.net donation was 3/16.

Seems that it's been broken since.

We thought it might be AceSEF... but had the same problem with it disabled.

Was using 2.8.0, but may try upgrading to 2.8.1, although there is not mention of a bug fix.

The copy was purchased from another account only a couple months ago, if that matters.

I just went to your site to check :

- I did a test donation and saw that everything is working fine . (I use a wrong credit card number and the system display the failure page) . So basically, no issue here. Can you try to make a donation using your credit card ?

- You don't define any custom fields, so of course, there will be no custom fields displayed on donation form .
