I saw a few threads asking for anonymous donations, and mine is a little different. The component needs all the required fields to function and I would like to retain the ability to see the details in the backend. However, there are several of my donors who do not wish their names to be seen on the Donors module, although I still want their donation to be shown in the details.
Request 1: Hide Name option that still includes the donation on the module list
Add a check box on the donation form to indicate indicate when a donor would prefer their NAME not be shown:
-shows "Anonymous" on the jd_donors module instead of the user's name
-removes the link to the user profile (for Joomla, CB and JomSocial options)
Request 2: Hide Amount option that still shows the name on the module list
Add a check box on the donation form to indicate when a donor would prefer the AMOUNT they donated is not shown:
-shows some kind of alternate text in the donation amount field (like "--") instead of the amount
I am currently just hiding these donors from the list, but would much prefer the ability to show them on the list while still observing their request for privacy.
