Current State:
Currently CB fields are updated when a new or renewal subscription is created, however our site then chances are users would update their CD fields over the subscription period.
Problem
Then once it comes time for renew their updates would be LOST as the forms default to the members fields, user is then force to remake their changes already made, chances are they might not notice...
Proposed Solution
Option in config in case other don't want that behavior (can't see why but might be a use case) on a NEW subscription for an existing user OR on a RENEWAL the Form fields need to default to the values stored in the CB Fields and not the last Subscription values.
