CATEGORIES NOT WORKING

Hi,
i created a category on my membership Pro, but each time i assign it to a plan, it does not accept it and non of the plans created for subscription is showing on my frontend, despite the fact that i have tried every possible means to make my membership plan to show. but all to no avail

There must be something strange on your site causing the issue (maybe the extension was not installed successfully for some reasons).

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you

Checked your issues but could not see the problem like you said. I still see the plan assigned to the category and it is displaying properly in the frontend.

Only your invoice format was lost for some reasons, and I restored it.
