When a user selects offline payment, their status is pending. When I receive payment, I mark it active.
That causes membership pro to create a user account and send an email to the user about activation.
I manually mark it activated (but not enabled).
The user receives an email with a link for validation.
When they click on it., this message appears (for the test user I created):
0 Invalid controller: name='registration', format=''
