Subscriber name missing

Hi Tuan,
I used the old version of membership pro before I upgraded it today.
I just noticed that there are a few subscribers name that gone missing.
Below is the chronology:
1. Subscriber subscribe one of the plan in my website
2. I received notification "A new user 'bla bla bla", username 'bla bla bla', has registered at www.mywebsite.com
3. A few of them successfully paid the subscription through PayPal. (as I received a notification from PayPal regarding their payment)
4. However their name are NOT in the subscriber list.

Please help.

In other words, after some testing and investigation, when payment has been made by PayPal, their status is NOT AUTOMATICALLY active ALTHOUGH the user have received the the successfully notification in the website. (i.e. after the payment has been made, PayPal will be going back to the website and show the detail transaction) .

Their user details also is NOT available is Community Builder (CB) User List.
It is however exist in the Joomla user with the status is Blocked (probably until the user click the confirmation link in their email).

AND THEN, when the CB automatically OR I manually Synchronise User in CB, the user particular will be removed from the database and I don't even have a chance to save or have their details.

Joomla Version 3.4.4
Membership Pro 2.0.8

I hope with this extra info will help you to help me to solve the problem.

Hi

I need more information from you :

1. It happens with all subscribers or just few of them ?

2. For the subscription record which is not activated, could you please login to the Paypal account, access to History -> IPN History to see whether there are any IPN message related to that record / transaction. If there is, what's the status of the IPN message?

1. It happen to all subscribers who successfully paid through PayPal. Those who paid using offline method have no issue.
2. I did check in the PayPal IPN History and all of the status is success (sent).

In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. We will try to check the log to see what's causing the issue and get it sorted
