Membership Pro - PayPal Memo Field

Hi Tuan,

When we go into PayPal to get our membership payments we have to download an IFF file.

In that spreadsheet we get a number for "MEMO" but it should be the PLAN NAME - at least that is what it use to be.

Do you have any suggestions?

Sorry Sharon. This is not clear to me. Could you please let me know what's MEMO ? Maybe you can send me a screenshot so that I can look at it ?

Hi Tuan,

Yes, here is a screen shot - it is the MEMO column. We were hoping that in the MEMO column it would tell us what type of Membership is being paid for - before membership pro - you can see the dated from 9/17/15 that it shows Senior/Retiree Member.

But with membership pro we are getting a number - 42 - 41 - 29 - not sure how this is being generated

I can try to edit some code to pass that field so that you can try. Please :

1. Submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site

2. I will edit the code

3. You make a test subscription, then try to export and make sure the memo field is correct
