renewal membership

Hello!
I have the problem that user after the expiry of the subscription can no longer login to extend the subscription. The reminder will be send one day before subscription expried. One day later the status ist expired. And in the user administration of joomla the user ist not released, so no chance to renewal the membership. What can i do?

Hi Thore

I think it happens because a wrong settings on your site. Please go to Extensions -> Plugins Manager, find the plugin "OS Membership User", click on it to edit. Then change the parameter "Block account when subscription expired" to No (It is No by default, I guess you changed it to Yes by mistake). After that, expired users won't be blocked anymore
