Hello,
Our Site has memberships of one, two and four year duration.
The problem is, if a member has a one year subscription and he wants to sign up for a two or four year he will lose the time left in the one year plan. How can that be prevented ?
Also, I have heard that if a member does not renew his subscription on time, if he comes back later he cannot renew but must start over. Is that true and if so is there a work around ?
