Hello,

I would love your help in working with ACL.

in first i create a new user group called "Subscriber" under the "Registered" (IMG-01).

Then I created ACL called "Customer Access Level" and I marked the group "Subscriber" (IMG-02).

Then, I created a an article with access to Customer Access Leve (IMG-03).

My user successfully registered, paid subscriptions and assigned to the appropriate group (IMG-04/05).

But when he tries to see the piece is getting the error: You are not authorised to view this resource.

I would love to help.

Hi Alex

The way you setup seems to be correct for me. I don't know why it doesn't work. Have you tried to logout then login again to access to the resource?

If it still doesn't work, I think you can submit support ticket sending me super admin account of your site so that I can check it for you

Regards,

Tuan

Yes. That's what I wanted to say. Set Auto Login and Auto Reload users group to Yes is the way to solve this issue. Glad you figured it out
