First at all I wanne say thank you to Tuan and his team for this easy and great membership extension.
First question
I have read your instructions and I have disabled the Joomla User plugin > User notification = NO before importing users.
But what happens after import is finished and notification = enabled again?
1.) Is the system sending all my users an email? ( We have more then 8000 users, thats a terrible server load)
2.) And which email the users get?
3.) Can I leave the user notification disabled?
Second question
As I read in another thread a user told that the system generate random password if there is no password in the csv file!
Is that true, that all users get a new password while importing csv file?
But my current users have a password and do not need to get a new one.
PS: Your sucuri firewall is blocking me for the ticket system

Answered by myself, with tral & error method. Password will not be generated if:
1.) The user is existing in the Joomla database
2.) Username is existing in csv import file.
Email to users will not be send when following steps are done:
1.) Disable the Joomla user plugin > Notification Mail = No
2.) Import the csv file with your users
3.) Enable the Joomla user plugin again > Notification Mail = Yes

Thanks for sharing the information Peter. The password is only needed if the user doesn't exists in your Joomla users database yet. In case the user doesn't exist:
1. If you have the password, then the system will use that password for user account
2. If you don't have password, the system will generate a random password for that new account
