Notifications not working and control panel issue

Hi Team,

Three issues with MembershipPro please if anyone can help:

1) When logged into the back end our "Membership Pro" landing page the buttons do not work, we can only navigate by the drop down boxes on the main menu. The screenshot below shows the buttons that do not work:




2) When you visit the "Emails and messages" sub section to make changes where the list of General, Renewal etc the buttons do not work, see screenshot below:




3) The most urgent issue we have is that Membership Pro is not sending notifications to users to remind them that their membership is due to expire, the settings are setup to remind users 30, 10 and 1 day before their memebership expires.





Any help with the above would be most appreciated, in particular the reminder issue for renewals!

Hi Scott

#1 and #2 because you are using Hathor template. Sorry, Membership Pro can only works with Isis template (or a template which has jQuery loaded by default). Please switch your backend template to Isis and the error will be gone

#3 Could you please check and make sure you published the plugin OS Membership Reminder plugin? Please see membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/miscel...gins/reminder-plugin for full instructions about how to config the plugin
