Coupon use

Hi Tuan,
Can I set a coupon special at 50% off, which, can be used with a new subscription. Then it reverts back to normal payments if they continue, after that?

Sorry, this question is not very clear to me. First of all, is the plan is onetime subscription plan or recurring subscription plan?

I want to use the coupon as a one off discount for a monthly recurring plan (renewed each month.) There is no automatic monthly payment system - subscribers must renew. After that month they revert to the normal monthly subscription amount. I think you are going to tell me that I need a separate plan for this? Or is there something I can change in the backend before their renewal subscription is due?

I understand it now. Unfortunately, at the moment, we don't have a way to allow this

So Yes, maybe you will have to create a new subscription plan for this requirement. Please remember to set Enable Renewal to No so that they could not renew it when their subscription is expired
