Stop and resume recurring payments was created by Zafer
The payment of a monthly recurring plan (PayPal) cannot be processed and will stop soon.
Where can the client reactivate the payment process in the user backend of membership pro?

Hi Zafer

Sorry but this question is not very clear to me. Why the payment could not be processed ?

At the moment, we don't have a way to reactivate the payment process in the user backend of membership pro.

I don't really understand the actual issue you are having, so I could not know whether we are having a solution for this issue

Hi Tuan,

i got the message from PayPal. Maybe the credit card from the customer is running out or he has not enough money on his paypal account?

Hi Zafer

Then in this case, the only way is that he logins to his PayPal account and updating his credit card number if he still want to have the subscription continued

If he doesn't update, the payment will be failed, his subscription will be expired at the end of the current subscription
