end od subscription

I have a problem with expired subscription:
when a subscription is expired the user become just a registred Joomla user BUT HIS STATUS IN JOOMLA IS NOT ACTIVE
SO HE CAN'T LOGGING TO RENEW AFTER EXPIRATION and cannot use his email adress for a new account

What I have missed out to make this work?

That's because of a wrong setting you made, I think. Please go to Extensions -> Plugins, find the plugin "OS Membership User", click on it to edit.

Then set the parameter "Block account when subscription expired" and expired users won't be expired anymore (it was No by default, I think you set it to Yes by mistake)
