Content restriction based on publication date

Would it be possible to have a plugin similar to "Membership Pro Content Restriction" that would only display the content if its publication date is within an active subscription of the user ?

What should be displayed if the publication date is not in the active subscription of the user? Could you please give me an exactly sample (or explain exactly how it should work) so that I can think about it and might add support for it in future releases of the extension?

We are providing digital content that can either be individually purchased or users can take a yearly subscription which is automatically renewed.
This content is composed of a part visible by anyone and a limited access part for the subscribers where they can read the full content and download it for free if they want.
The only thing is they should only have access to this part of the content only if it is published during their active subscription.

Let's consider user1 subscribing from 01/01/2015 until 31/12/2015.
He will have fully access to:

• document1, published on 15/02/2015;
• document2, published on 25/09/2015

Then his subscription is renewed from 01/01/2016 until 31/12/2016
He should have access to new content published this year, but the two previous documents won't be fully visible anymore.

He will have to purchase them individually if he wants to download them again.

So what's content in this case ? It is Joomla articles ? Or it is document ? And what extension you are using to managing these content ?

The contents are articles.
So far it's Joomla articles but that may change to K2 or Flexicontent

At the moment, how it is displayed on your site ? And if an article is restricted, we should not show it?

The idea would be a bit like mprestriction plugin.

So, if we have:
{mprestrictionperpublisheddate}
content1
{else}
content2
{/mprestrictionperpublisheddate}

content1 would be displayed if the current user has a subscription AND the article has been published during the active subscription of the current user.
Otherwise, content2 is displayed (for example, "buy this individual content")

Sorry to bother you with that but did you have some time to think about it ?
It's a requirement for one of my customers and otherwise I will have to check other subscription modules.
I'm of course ready to pay a reasonable price for the plugin.
