Subscription Payment Failure Message

Subscription Payment Failure Message was created by Dave W
Just enabled new clients Authorize.net account and testing new subscribers with a fake credit card transaction.
Result page shows failure with no explanation.

Perhaps there is something I am missing.

Is the plan is one time or recurring subscription plan? Please check it and give me more information so that I can check it further

Looks like it is recurring. We are still testing features and functions. Not sure what the client needs are during the build out phase.

Authorize.net:

Transaction Status: Declined (Card declined by issuer - Contact card issuer to determine reason.)

Hi Dave

Maybe Authorize.net doesn't accept that credit card for recurring payment for some reasons. In this case, I guess you should make a phone call to ask them about the reason directly
