White Screen After Installing Authorize sim was created by nadinekirma
Hello Tuan and team!

We just purchased the authorize.net SIM plugin for Membership Pro. (Our client wanted people checking out to process on an authorize.net form.)

We updated Membership Pro to the the latest version 2.3. Joomla is current at 3.5.1 We use PHP 5.6.

We installed the plugin via the plugin upload. We placed osm_authnetsim_notify.php file in our site root as instructed.

We get a white screen now whenever we try to process a plan. When we unpublish the new plugin functioning returns to normal.

Any thoughts?

That's strange. Could you please submit a support ticket on our website? We are going to check to see what's causing the issue and get it sorted for you
